The Holy Priestess of Heaven
I say, "Hail!" to the Holy One who appears in the heavens! I say, "Hail!" to the Holy Priestess of Heaven! I say, "Hail!" to Inanna, Great Lady of Heaven! Holy Torch! You fill the sky with light! You brighten the day at dawn! I say, "Hail!" to Inanna, Great Lady of Heaven! Awesome Lady of the Annuna Gods! Crowned with great horns, You fill the heavens and earth with light! I say, "Hail!" to Inanna, First Daughter of the Moon! Mighty, majestic, and radiant, You shine brilliantly in the evening, You brighten the day at dawn, You stand in the heavens like the sun and the moon, Your wonders are known both above and below, To the greatness of the holy priestess of heaven, To you, Inanna, I sing!
An
ancient (circa 2000 BC) love poem to moon goddess Inanna. This poem was
incised on a cuneiform clay tablets in ancient Sumer, the land now
known as Iraq, and is one of the first poems written of which we have
record.

Beautiful Spirit, Great Creator, God/Goddess, All That IS,
In gratitude, I offer this prayer that I may live to see and participate in the evolution of consciousness of all humyn beings on Earth at this time.
May this evolution be the cornerstone on which we
build a co-creative society based on mutual respect, honesty, integrity and loving harmony for all sentient beings.
I offer this prayer under grace in a perfect way.
For the highest good of the ALL THAT IS.
For the highest good of the ALL THAT IS.
For the highest good of the ALL THAT IS.

I dreamt I was a living goddess on a mission here to heal.
To teach the humyns how to sing and dance upon the wheel. Then morning comes and I'm confused and my credit's overdue. I'm merely mortal afterall, and I don't know what to do.
Constantly in my life, I question everything. I want to know what's real, what's true? I want to know the meaning. Do I have a higher purpose here on planet Earth? I'm praying to the "All That Is" won't you show me what I'm worth? What I am worth.
I teach my daughter to respect herself and Mother Earth. To see the spirit in all things. I teach her love is key to understanding humanity. I teach her how much she is worth.
I often wonder if being an artist is a blessing or a curse? To be respected in this world you've got to prove how much you're worth.
Respect yourself! Respect yourself! Respect yourself.
Love, love, love, love........

Return at last to the origin of your own origin. Although this world has you still in its thrall In your heart, you’re a hidden treasure. Open now your inner eyes, the eyes of Love: Return at last to the origin of your own origin."

This Work of Women by Shiloh McCloud
This work of women Yes. It is time for a revolution of women and path, women and money, women and business, women and art, women and marketplace. We do not choose to give away our works for nothing. We are not starving or frivolous artists. We are creators whose creations save lives, heal the world, heal wounds. This work of women, priestesses and practitioners of every kind is VISIONARY WORK. Your work is vital. Essential. Needed. This work of women must include creating livelihood. This is not easy, quick, fun nor likely. This is not accepted or encouraged. But this is what we must do: Create and abundance revolution We must create our own path. We must create our own money. We must create art. We must create our own marketplace. We must be compensated. We are creating our own mystical cosmic luminous overflowing BANK. A bank that does not cause, contribute or condone the suffering of others for profit. A women’s bank. Believe it. Create it. Deposit into it. Draw from it. Invite other women into it. Enter the income stream in your little golden boat and dream and work and pray and play and do not stop. Keep going. It will almost always seem impossible. But we will make miracles. Miracle are organizing themselves around our dreams our work, our visions, right now. Let us go out, armed with what matters and the prayers of our grandmothers, shining.

Lords Prayer, from the original Aramaic Translation by Neil Douglas-Klotz in Prayers of the Cosmos
O Birther! Father- Mother of the Cosmos
Focus your light within us - make it useful.
Create your reign of unity now-
through our fiery hearts and willing hands
Help us love beyond our ideals
and sprout acts of compassion for all creatures.
Animate the earth within us: we then
feel the Wisdom underneath supporting all.
Untangle the knots within
so that we can mend our hearts' simple ties to each other.
Don't let surface things delude us,
But free us from what holds us back from our true purpose.
Out of you, the astonishing fire,
Returning light and sound to the cosmos.
Amen.

Prayer of St. Francis Lord, make me an instrument of your peace. Where there is Hatred, let me sow Love. Where there is Injury, Pardon. Where there is Doubt, Faith. Where there is Despair, Hope. Where there is Darkness, Light, and Where there is Sadness, Joy. O Divine Master, Grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; To be understood, as to understand; To be loved, as to love; For it is in giving that we receive, It is in pardoning that we are pardoned, And it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life.

SOFT MOON SHININGby Ethan Walker III
My beloved Divine Mother
Dance with me
under the soft moon shining
in the wide open fields
far beyond the toil and trouble
of my busy mind
Dance with me
before the night grows old
while the winds of love
still bow the grasses
and the coyotes howl for you
to step their way
Dance with me my beloved
while the Mystery's Edge
still flirts in the shadow

You Are God’s Hands
God has no body now on Earth but yours,
No hands but yours,
No feet but yours,
Yours are the eyes through which She is to look out
God’s compassion to the world;
Yours are the feet with which she is to go about
Doing good;
Yours are the hands with which She is to bless Us now.
Teresa of Avila

Mending the Tattered Web of my Heart the World
I am mending the tattered web of my heart, the world, with plush emerald yarn of compassion and generosity. I darn holes torn by blame and judgment with soft and sturdy strands of kindness and understanding.
May I repair jagged rips torn by despair and grief with braided grasses of gratitude and deep purple reeds of acceptance of things as they are.
And where anger and fear burned gaping holes, may I reweave with golden threads of forgiveness, gleaming copper cords of courage, and strong silver strands of trust in the mysterious and holy unfolding of what is greater than I can know.
To strengthen this web of my heart, the world, I send out these healing threads, to anyone who needs them, anyone at all in this whole world.

The Divine Mother
Hear me child, and know Me for who I am.
I have been with you since you were born, and I will stay with you until you return to Me at the final dusk.
I am the passionate and seductive lover who inspires the poet to dream.
I am the One who calls to you at the end of your journey. After the day is done, My children find their blessed rest in my embrace.
I am the womb from which all things are born.
I am the shadowy, still tomb; all things must come to Me and bare their breasts to die and be reborn to the Whole.
I am the Sorceress that will not be ruled, the Weaver of Time, the Teacher of Mysteries. I snip the threads that bring my children home to me. I slit the throats of the cruel and drink the blood of the heartless.
Swallow your fear and come to me, and you will discover true beauty, strength, and courage.
I am the fury which rips the flesh from injustice.
I am the glowing forge that transforms your inner demons into tools of power. Open yourself to my embrace and overcome.
I am the glinting sword that protects you from harm.
I am the crucible in which all the aspects of yourself merge together in a rainbow of union.
I am the velvet depths of the night sky, the swirling mists of midnight, shrouded in mystery.
I am the chrysalis in which you will face that which terrifies you and from which you will blossom forth, vibrant and renewed. Seek me at the crossroads, and you shall be transformed, for once you look upon my face, there is no return.
I am the fire that kisses the shackles away. I am the cauldron in which all opposites grow to know each other in Truth. I am the web which connects all things.
I am the Healer of all wounds, the Warrior who rights all wrongs in their Time.
I make the weak strong. I make the arrogant humble. I raise up the oppressed and empower the disenfranchised. I am Justice tempered with Mercy.
Most importantly, child, I am you. I am part of you, and I am within you. Seek me within and without, and you will be strong. Know me. Venture into the dark so that you may awaken to Balance, Illumination, and Wholeness. Take my Love with you everywhere and find the Power within to be who you wish.

Divine Feminine by Susan Pack
Divine Feminine Tonight you presented me with a gift that had been mine for the taking but required you for the giving Tonight you guided me to a place I'd never been a wondrous landscape at once familiar yet foreign Tonight flowers blossomed guided by your touch streams turned to rivers prodded by your lips waves unfurled in currents stirred by your desire Tonight your gentle hands with knowing precision exquisitely uncovered layer by layer magnificent treasures released in loving passion Tonight my Sacred Sister united between us the glory of Goddess the power of Shakti the brilliance of Shekinah Divinity reclaimed.
